Apple Health Data

If you choose to connect Apple Health, the App may access health and fitness information that you explicitly authorize. Examples may include:

Health data is used solely to provide App functionality, including tracking, charts, trend analysis, correlations, and user-requested insights. Health data is not sold to advertisers or data brokers. You may revoke Apple Health permissions at any time through your device settings. The App only accesses the categories of Apple Health data that you explicitly authorize.

Artificial Intelligence Features

The App may use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate summaries, observations, correlations, educational content, reports, and wellness insights based on user-provided information.

When you tap “Analyze my data,” aggregated mood and health metrics and herb names are sent to OpenAI for processing. Your notes, journal entries, and other free-text fields are not sent.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for individual circumstances. AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare guidance.

Third-Party AI Processing

The App uses OpenAI’s API to generate AI correlation summaries. Data is transmitted to OpenAI only when you explicitly request an analysis. Per OpenAI’s API terms, data submitted through the API is not used to train OpenAI’s models.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App.

Data Security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect user information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Third-Party Services

The App may utilize third-party providers for authentication, cloud storage, analytics, subscription management, payment processing, Apple Health integration, or AI-powered features. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services.

Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time. In the app: Profile → Delete account. On the web: request account & data deletion. Email requests are processed within 30 days, subject to technical and legal requirements.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

Changes to this Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
