If you choose to connect Apple Health, the App may access health and fitness information that you explicitly authorize.

• Sleep metrics
• Activity data
• Other Apple Health data you choose to share

How we use it

Health data is used solely to provide features within the App, including trend analysis, charts, correlations, and wellness tracking.

Your control

Health data is never sold to third parties. You may revoke Apple Health permissions at any time through your device settings. The App accesses only the categories of Apple Health data that you explicitly authorize.
